Digital Threat Management was founded by Dom and Mark in 2019 to provide corporate level cyber security services, without the corporate excess. Having spent three years working with a range of different clients and perfecting the delivery of their services and products, they invited Richard to join them in 2022 to help grow and expand the business.
As a small team we focus on making sure our clients have the focused attention, ownership and dedication of an experienced individual – while also benefiting from the professionalism, resilience and agility that a small team can provide.

Dom Collier
Richard Marsden
Richard is one of our Partners and Cyber Security Programme Manager. With a robust 15-year background overseeing products, services, and teams in the IT MSP industry, Richard transitioned into the cybersecurity field two years ago. His focus has been on creating innovative products and services for the expanding cybersecurity sector. Before joining DTM, Richard served as the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at The Technology Group.
Mark Weatherhead
Mark is our Principal Cyber Security Consultant and Partner, bringing over two decades of Information Security expertise across diverse roles and industries. With over 10 years as an independent security consultant, Mark excels in guiding clients through security risks, delivering clear and actionable remediation plans to mitigate the threat of cyber attacks. His specialisation includes ISO 27001, Technical Threat Assessments, and Security Incident Response.
Dom Collier
Dom is a Partner and Cyber Security Consultant. Dom has over 2 decades of Information Security experience across diverse roles and industries. Specialising in ISO27001 compliance, risk management, threat modelling, and cyber threat intelligence. Dominic has honed his skills to provide comprehensive solutions for organisations navigating the complexities of cybersecurity in a practical and commensurate fashion.
